The client was not getting enough high-quality operational hours out of their original OEM screw presses. The parts wore out too quickly, which led to failures, delays, and inconsistent product quality.
To solve this problem, our team committed to researching the parts, figuring out the best process, and deciding on the best materials that would match the client’s budget and performance requirements. In the end, our solution was to re-engineer the worn components with a new material and manufacturing process.
